The correct answer may require you to interpret implied meaning, recognise tone or attitude, or understand nuanced vocabulary. "Emma had long nurtured a fascination with Italy’s rich cultural tapestry, drawn in particular to its Renaissance art, architectural grandeur, and culinary sophistication. After years of anticipation, she embarked on a meticulously planned fortnight’s journey encompassing Rome, Florence, and Venice. Her itinerary was less about sightseeing in the conventional sense and more a personal pilgrimage through history and heritage. Whether contemplating the majesty of the Colosseum at dusk, navigating the labyrinthine alleys of Venice, or savouring truffle-infused pasta in a quiet Tuscan trattoria, Emma found herself immersed in a sensory and intellectual feast. Reflecting afterwards, she described the experience not merely as travel, but as a profound reconnection with a civilisation that had shaped much of Western thought."
Which of the following best captures the author’s portrayal of Emma’s experience in Italy?
A spontaneous getaway focused primarily on leisure
A nostalgic return to her familial roots
A culturally immersive and meaningful exploration
A culinary tour organised by chefs & food critics

In the last ten years, as the smart phones spreaded rapidly, many people got into of habit of watching short form videos after work. They think that doing something fun with their cute phone is a great way of reducing stress. They usually lie in the couch and watch videos on their phones without doing other things, such as their children's academic development. I have heard many children complained that their parents watched videos on their phones after work , but asked them focused on studying. They heard their parents laughed at living room while watching something fun. The sound made them to be sad. They thought that whay their parents could do whatever they want, but they must dotheir homework. So, if parents are not self-disciplined, their children can also be hard to focus on something, especially for their academic development. I have also seen a father who spent time reading books beside his daughter after work every day. The daughter got a high academic development later.

I worked for many years as a volunteer in schools, teaching to vulnerable children whose families were in difficult situations like drugs, crime, abuse, etc. It was a great experience because it made me realise how privileged I was for not having those problems in my life and at the same time I felt it was something that I wanted to do for the rest of my life so I decided to pursue a career about something related, and I chosed politic science and law. For years later, and currently studying at university I've just been accepted to work as a human rights promoter for adults in vulnerable situations. My work will be to help them to get to know their rights and what they can do to have a better life quality and where they have to manage their claims. It makes me feel happy because I feel like I'm contributing to make their lives better.
