Jag pratar om skönhetsingrepp och anledningen till att det har blivit mer populärt att utföra. Det har blivit mycket vanligare och i Australien är det ganska vanligt att kvinnor sprutar in botox för att motverka att rynkor uppstår. Jag pratar också om att vara kvinna och att åldras.

2023年の抱負
2023年になって早くも10日が過ぎました。みなさん、いかがお過ごしですか。
私は、今週から日本語学校での仕事も始まり、ちょっと忙しくなってきました。
学校では2クラス　週４つの授業を受け持ちます。2つのクラスの内、一つは前の学期も受け持ったクラスですが、もう一つは初めて受け持つクラスです。初めての授業は、内容に関わらず　緊張しました。早く、学生の顔と名前を覚えたいと思います。

ところで、みなさんは2023年をどんな年にしようと思っていますか。
私は、まず　「健康」！このコロナの3年間、在宅ワークをしていると、運動量がめっきり減って、どんどん大きくなってしまいました。10月に受けた健康診査の結果を見ても、痩せなくてはいけないことは明らかです。だから、月並みな目標ではありますが、
「ダイエット！マイナス15キロ」が今年の最優先事項です。
次に、「仕事」と「プライベート」の充実！仕事では、働くことを楽しみたいと思います。　日本語を教えることは、意外に難しいです。苦労もあります。でも、それ以上に様々な国の人たちと話すことは楽しいです。日本語を学習している人たちのお役に立てるように今年はもっとスキルアップしていきたいです。
「プライベート」では、今年は久しぶりに海外に旅行したいと思っています。ドイツに住んでいる友人が、遊びにおいで～と言ってくれているので、計画を立てるつもりです。
でも、ドイツ語を全然知らないので、旅行で使える簡単なことばを勉強しようと思います。私の2023年の目標としたいことは以上です。
みなさんの2023年が充実したいい年になることを願っています。
