Then, you’re invited to read and discuss it with me and others who would like to do the same. Get help with understanding vocabulary, context and more, while we sharing relevant thoughts, insight and experiences. IN THIS CLASS: (1) You will read selected text from the Bible aloud. (2) You will discuss stories and content from the Bible. THIS CLASS IS FOR: (1) Those interested in the Bible. (2) Those who want to improve their reading and discussion skills. MATERIALS NEEDED: New American Standard Bible (biblegateway.com) (direct text links sent to your inbox) • Ruth Chapters 1-4 Bible Reading & Discussion Note-Taking Sheet (download from lesson page) PREPARATION: (1) Check your inbox for a message with the direct text links. (2) Decide the name you prefer the teacher and group members to call you during the session, and enter it as your Display Name on Zoom. ***OPTIONAL: May read text before class to familiarize yourself with it and highlight vocabulary and questions you may want to ask about in class. You’re also welcome to share a portion of the text with the class from a different translation that you like.
