意味はわかる、などの意味です。

熟語です。
・判断ーはんだん　考えをまとめて決めること。

・判別ーはんべつ　はっきり分けること。

・批判ーひはん　良いところ、悪いところを見分けること。悪いことを言うイメージが強い。

・判明ーはんめい　何かがはっきりすること。

・判決ーはんけつ　裁判で、罪があるかないか決まること。


例文
・外見だけで人を判断してはいけない。

・ぼくはおいしいコーヒーを判別できます。

・彼はいつも批判的な態度を取る。

・あの事件の犯人が判明した。

・長い裁判で、ようやく無罪という判決がくだった。
