Episodio 7: Libro Como Agua para Chocolate de Laura Esquivel.

El Jinete Negro es una de las leyendas más misteriosas de los Llanos Orientales de Colombia. La historia cuenta que, en vida, El Jinete Negro era un hacendado cruel que trataba mal a sus trabajadores y cometía muchas injusticias. Después de morir, su alma quedó condenada a vagar por los campos, montado en un caballo negro y vestido completamente de negro.

Se aparece especialmente en las noches sin luna, cuando el viento sopla fuerte. Los viajeros solitarios pueden escuchar el galope de su caballo, que se acerca rápidamente. Lo más terrorífico de El Jinete Negro es que no muestra su rostro; su sombrero y capa negra lo cubren por completo. A quienes se atreven a mirarlo, les arroja una maldición que los deja enfermos o los hace perderse sin rumbo.

Se dice que el galope de El Jinete Negro es una advertencia para quienes llevan una vida llena de maldad y egoísmo, y que aquellos que lo ven deben rezar inmediatamente para que el jinete no los persiga.

上期我们聊了什么人适合吃辣，什么人不适合吃辣。那今天我们继续来聊一聊吃辣的时候要注意什么。
主持人：所以最后左医生能不能给我们总结一下，您这有没有比如说几条建议，比如吃辣的一些原则，帮助大家更好地吃辣，更科学更安全地吃辣？
左医生：那我们辣椒呢，又分干辣椒和鲜辣椒。那鲜辣椒的话当成蔬菜吃我觉得还是不错的，干辣椒呢，您当成调味品来吃，它里面的辣椒素都有的，都有一定的作用啊，包括对我们减肥啊促进代谢、祛湿都有一定的作用，你只要掌握好度就好。还有就是一种泡辣椒。泡辣椒的话能够去腥提鲜，像我们四川的一些鱼香肉丝啊，炒一些鸭肠啊那种下水都会用到泡辣椒，因为它提鲜。再一个呢，它呢有一定的益生菌，对调节肠道有一定的好处。但是它腌制的话，随着腌制时间的增加营养素会有所降低，还有一个盐分太高，那有高血压的人群的话，这种腌辣椒泡辣椒，真的是要少吃啊，真的是要少吃。还有我们吃辣椒的时候有技巧的，因为吃辣椒你觉得特别辣，我怎么来缓解呢？我也看过很多的报道包括我自己就试过，你这时候喝点茶不管用啊，你吃块冰块含块冰也不管用，那怎么办呢？像我们四川吃麻辣火锅的时候标配是什么呢？豆奶，尤其是凉的豆奶，或者是北方如果没有这种的话，你可以喝点冰的牛奶呀或者冰淇淋啊等等，或者是您家有点稀饭放凉了，您放在那儿，它其实对我们缓解这个辣都有一定的益处。
