当时间被精细地功能化之后，独处就像对机械运转的钟表按下了暂停键，给自己一个“换气”的出口。哪怕仅仅是在沙发上发一会呆、放空，都是有益身心健康的，它不一定产生直接价值，却能润物无声地修复心情，是生活里必要的布白。
