Therefore, the example sentence “いぬの　ぷーすけは　おかあさんを　みると、とんで　よころびます” means “いぬの　ぷーすけが　おかあさんを　みる→ いつもとんでよろこぶ”. It has the same meaning as “V る+とき ,” but with the added nuance of “いつも(always)”.
