このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

今日は、配達について。

日本の配達について話します。
みなさんの国では、荷物が届くのは早いですか？
遅いですか？

日本は荷物が届くのがとても早いと思います。
住んでいる場所によりますが、Amazonプライムのサービスだと東京では、午前中に注文したものが当日、その日のことですね、当日に届くサービスもあるようです。あとは翌日配送とかもできます。それから日時指定もできますね。何日の何時から何時までとか選ぶことができますね。日にちは当日から1週間ぐらい先まで選べます。時間も会社によりますが、午前中、12-14時14-16時とか、今から在宅など、本当に細かく選択ができます。

配送方法にも選択肢が広がっています。
以前は直接の受け渡しがほとんどでしたが、家によっては宅配ボックスがあり、不在の時でもそこで受け取りができるサービスもありますし、最近では、玄関先に置いておいてもらう、置き配、というサービスもありますね。

これだけ便利なシステムですが、一方でもちろん良くないこともあります。1人1人のニーズに合わせすぎる為に、配達の仕事がとても大変な仕事になっています。不在の場合や、宅配ボックスがいっぱいの時は、配送会社の人は荷物を持ち帰らないといけないです。そんなこともあり、とても非効率になる時もあります。


日本は消費者が強すぎるので、会社も消費者に対して下からになりますし、消費者も上からになるようなところがあります。もう少しフラットな関係になると、サービスももっと柔軟なものになり、働く人にとっても、消費者にとっても良いものになるかもしれないですね。


ということで、ちょっと話がそれましたが、今日は日本の配送はびっくりするぐらい便利です！という話でした。
