The idea that using the frequencies 528 and 432 hz to align us with the Earth's vibrations is very popular these days. I try sleeping with music recorded using these frequencies to see what happens. You can find radio stations in your device's download store using music  recorded on 528 and 432 hz.

まあまあ：So so　　びみょう：Not much（*slightly negative）
いえいえ：Not at all / Any time / No problem

　*(depends on context. often used in work-place or when you finished some kind of tasks.)
