Let's talk today about how to give feedback at work, especially if you use English as a second language in the workplace and are not a native English speaker.

Giving feedback to your colleagues, your staff, and your managers, is an essential part of a great team. However, so few people actually do it! We often think of feedback as a scary thing that is reserved for end of year performance reviews and appraisals. However, the best teams in the world make both negative and positive feedback a key part of their company culture.

Today we’re going to hear some tips and ideas for how to give feedback to your colleagues. We’ll hear some great natural and native sounding vocabulary that we can use to do this, and then we’ll finish off with some challenges for you. 오늘은 아침에 일찍 일어났습니다. 일어나서 따뜻한 차를 마셨습니다. 기분이 아주 좋았습니다.
그다음에 집 근처 공원을 걸었습니다. 날씨가 조금 추웠지만 하늘이 맑아서 좋았습니다.

점심에는 친구를 만났습니다. 친구와 같이 한국 음식을 먹었습니다. 저는 비빔밥을 먹었고 친구는 김치찌개를 먹었습니다. 음식이 아주 맛있었습니다.

저녁에는 집에서 한국어를 공부했습니다. 새로운 단어를 외우고 짧은 문장을 연습했습니다. 공부는 조금 어려웠지만 재미있었습니다.

日本列島は南北に長いので、日本の夏と言っても場所によっては、気温や湿度が違うんですよね。高気圧が近づくと本当に暑いです。そして、最近は夕立も多いので、雲の動きにも注意が必要になりますね。また日本の夏は梅雨が明けると、湿度が高くて、蒸し暑いですし、日差しも強いので、暑さ対策は必要です。少しでもこの暑さを避けるために、海沿いで、海風がある場所か、山のふもとで、近くには滝が流れていたり、地下水が沸いていたりするところがいいですね。山へ行くか、海へ行くか迷います。
