"Go out with" означает "встречаться с кем-то" или "выходить с кем-то" . например, "Today I’m going out with my friends." "Сегодня я встречаюсь с друзьями". этот глагол также используется в романтическом контексте. В романтическом контексте он означает "ходить на свидание". 

1. I like to go out with my friends on weekends.
Мне нравится выходить гулять с друзьями по выходным.

2. She goes out with her family every Friday.
Она выходит гулять с семьёй каждую пятницу.

3. He wants to go out with her this weekend.
Он хочет пойти с ней на свидание в эти выходные.
