Written Exercise 248 - MY WAY FOR STUDYING LESSONGS FROM THE NCE3 TEXT BOOK Up to now, I have studied four lessons from the NCE 3 text book. Here is my way to study it. 1. Listen to the recordings repeatedly and try to figure out how much I can understand what it says before starting a new lesson. 2. Translate the texts into Chinese without looking at the original Chinese versions in the book and compare mine and the text book, and see how much I am correct. 3. Watch their online lessons and make notes. 4. Study the language points. 5. Read the text book by following the recordings. 6. Practise them by writing English exercises. What do you think of my way of doing that? Do you have any good ideas for it? Would you like to share some with me? Thanks for reading! It would be great if you could point out any mistakes in my post or even make them sound natural! I need to confirm that my exercise is all correct or not. Thank you!

MY WAY OF STUDYING LESSONS FROM THE NCE 3 TEXT BOOK So far,I have studied four lessons from the NCE 3 text book. Here is how I do it: 1. Listen to the recordings several times and try to work out how much I can understand [of what is said] before starting a new lesson. 2. Translate the texts into Chinese without looking at the original versions in the book,then compare my version with the text book to see how much I got right. 3. Watch the online lessons and make notes. 4. Study the language points. 5. Listen to the recordings and follow them in the text book. 6.Practice them by doing English exercises.Your approach is good. You could try: listening for language you have learned from the book in English language tv and film,as well as radio or songs. How do native speakers use them? How do they pronounce them? Do they use other words to say the same thing,or something similar in meaning? Have a great evening! : )
