It was overcast today. After a few transfers, we finally arrived in Hong Kong. My dad's friend warmly welcomed us and treated us—it's truly wonderful to have friends everywhere. Once we were settled at the hotel, we had dinner at a restaurant with a history spanning over 100 years. They served a large puff pastry that I had never seen before. I appreciate this place, except for the traffic. Notably, my dad brought along my diary so that I could jot down these experiences here at the hotel—how thoughtful of him!
