It’s sunny today. After a quick lunch, I headed to the pool. I was happy to find that my swimming skills hadn’t completely vanished. However, it’s clear that my muscles are weak. I need to do more physical training. My couch lent me her gym card, so I can start lifting weights tomorrow. I’m looking forward to building some strength!
