It's dangerous when you use it excessively. It might not be harmful if you use
it moderately. Anyway, we consume it most of the time and we don't realize it, for example, when we drink Coca-Cola. In my case, I like to drink it with different types of food, specially junk food, but I know this is a bad habit.
Therefore, I have tried to drink Coca-Cola with junk food only in special
moments.
