Staying up may make you happy, but beyond this/but besides this/but aside from this, it can’t give you anything. Every time I stay up, I regret it afterwards. However, when I have the opportunity - and find a good drama to watch - I can't control myself. OMG, I'm so/it's so (?) uncomfortable...
