Today I Wake-up at 7 clock then take breakfast then went to Work .
But today is very traffic jam so I have been late 30 minutes on fingerprint at office .
through my life experience I think the Important time in whole day is First hours after wake-up which determine If your all day a long is good or not

Today I “woke up” at ”7 o’clock” then “had” breakfast then went to “work” . But today “the traffic was jam” so I “got” late about 30 minutes on fingerprint at office.
through my life experience I think the important time in a day is early
hours after waking up which determine if your all day a long would be good or not.
I my opinion, you should practise more and learn about the past participle and past simple tenses.
