Hi Harinii, I take depression very seriously and honestly, most people have been depressed at least once during the pandemic. I would advice you to find something you enjoy (running, watching movies, swimming, meditation, or anything that helps you to relax) and do it whenever you feel down. Talk to someone, find a psychologist or talk to someone you trust about your feelings. Sometimes these help. I hope that helps

Hi dear harinii, I definitely recommend to you apart of all powerful previous advices , drink batch flowers , it helps to solve problems in our inner world , but you have to visit to a flower terapist , someone who works seriously and in responsable way with them. huge hug from Peru!!! and a brilliant star always in your way !!!

I think you are experiencing this since long time. Now no delay please . If you can do the go for 9 days vipatsana. And start doing yogasans. You have posted this problem many times. If you don't mind send me a message. I want to have a very short conversation with you. Yes it will be very short. And we can probably do this on weekend.
