I like cooking. My policy is "as little washing as possible". My kitchen is very narrow, so I don't want to wash dishes. My best meal is "Torijiru". OR, The meal I cook best is . . . It's a soup. It uses a lot of vegetables and chicken.

'wanna' is only for very informal writing, like texting. You don't want to get used to it and accidentally use it at school or work. Nice job - sounds like a tasty dish.
