My favorite guitarist is Brian May, the guitarist from Queen. When I heard his sound for the first time, I thought that he used a synthesizer. It sounded so unusual, but cool.

The word 'best' is inaccurate - it should be 'favourite'. 'Best' means that you have several guitarists and Brian May is the best.
