There's going to come a long holiday in Vietnam. April 30th is South Liberation and National Reunification Day and May the first is May Day or Labor Day. Because there is a week day link between the two holiday days and weekends, we will have 5 days to spend for our holiday. It is almost as long as Tet holiday, the longest one in Vietnam.

A long holiday is approaching in Vietnam. April 30th is South Liberation and National Reunification Day and May 1 is May Day or Labor Day. Because there is a weekday link between the two holiday days and weekends, our holiday will last five days. It will be almost as long Tet, the longest holiday in Vietnam. I do not understand the meaning of "because there is a week day link between the two holiday days and weekends". There are no days between April 30 and May 1.

We're going to have a long holiday in Vietnam. April 30th is South Liberation and National Reunification Day and May the first is May Day or Labor Day. Because there is a week day between the two holidays and the following weekend, we will have a total of 5 days off. It is almost as long as Tet holiday, the longest vacation in Vietnam.
