The way you have been saying it would make sense (people would be able to understand). You don't need to add "and go" after saying "turn right/left" - that is something we already know (it's implied when giving directions). Two 'native speaker' suggestions: Female: "Out the door, turn right and follow the corridor, turn right again and then the restroom is on your right." Male: "Out the door, turn left and it's the door on your left."
