At 08:10 how did he say "Those are". I heard something like ðəʊz-ɪz and "your" isn't pronounced. How come?

I haven't listened to it, but keep in mind that "your" is usually pronounced as IPA /jər/ in natural speech. IPA /j/ is the semiconsonant / semivowel form of IPA /i/. Also note that for most speakers, "your" (along with similar words featuring syllable-final R) rhymes with "core".

I clearly hear 'those are your travel documents'. It's just fast connected speech - the words are run together.

He pronounced YOUR. You can clearly hear three syllables. THOSE ARE YOUR travel documents.

Yes, Lee. I see what you're saying. To a fluent/native speaker, it's very clear (like Claire and Dan have said) but "your" DOES sound different there. I don't know IPA so I can't write it that way, but he says it more like "Those are yer travel documents..." He says it "yer." This is different than the full "your" pronunciation you're probably used to. If you slow the speed to 0.5x, you may hear it better. This "fast" pronunciation is extremely common in the U.S. Your brain will get used to it now that you know what to listen for.
