Even though a pigeon is a species of dove, the dove is the symbol of peace. PEACE is generally uncountable, so does not need an article. (There are exceptions, e.g., the peace that arrived after the treaty was signed, . . . etc.) WATCH is a verb, add ING to make it a noun (i believe this is called a GERUND). EVER and EVERY DAY are redundant, so don't use both. Good job!
