There are a lot to learn about but sometimes I become lazy and neglected. It helps me sympathize with the ones who are more lazy and indeterminated than me. However, I am fed up with being lazy and decide to stop the laziness from now on.

There is a lot I ought to be learning but sometimes I become lazy and apathetic. When this happens, it helps me understand those who are more lazy and indecisive than me. However, I have had enough of being lazy and have decided to stop the laziness from now on.
comments:
"neglected" is not the word you want. Tell me more about what you mean to say.
I use "understand" rather than "sympathize" because I don't think you actually feel sorry for them.
"the ones" = "those"
"fed up" is a bit too strong - it is too close to anger
You can say "henceforth" instead of "from now on" if you like.

There is a lot to learn (about) but sometimes I become/get lazy and neglectful (neglected for a person means that this person doesn't pay attention about his/her physical appearance, it can also be a synonym of abandoned). It helps me sympathize with those who are more lazier and less determined/motivated than me. However, I am fed up with being lazy and I've decided to stop the laziness from now on.

I think A LOT by itself is singular, whereas something like A LOT OF THINGS would be plural. If you are neglected that means others are neglecting (not paying attention to) you. There is a word DETERMINATE but it is more mathmatical and not the word you want here.
