As for most people around me including me, we feel a liitle bit sad on monday, but feel excited on friday. Weekends seem have magic for us, on which we can relax with family for a picnic at a park. especially on saturday, we neither get up early for work, nor worry about coming back on time from a short trip. because there is still a day off tomorrow. But my mood on sunday is usually very different from what it is on saturday. Dirty laundry, naughty children mean the happy time of weekend ends up, I need to be busy for a few hours and then wait for another busy week. In fact, I am really hard to get up on mondays, my body can't easily put into the tight schedule from the past two-days' comfort. just like now, I am sitting at my table, but my mind is a little blank. I am trying my best to plan the work for this week, while I am thinking about the tasty barbecue we cooked on saturday. So, is relaxing really correct for us on weekends? if I keep busy on weekend, I might don't have those symptoms on mondays. what should I do on weekends?

Most people, including myself, feel a liitle bit sad on Mondays but excited on Fridays. Weekends feel magic because we can relax with family at a picnic in a park. On Saturday, we neither get up early for work, nor worry about coming back on time from a short trip because there is still a day off tomorrow. But my mood on sunday is usually very different from what it is on saturday. Dirty laundry and naughty children mean the happy time of weekend is coming to an end. I need to be busy for a few hours and then prepare for another busy week. Because of the past two-days of comfort, it’s really hard to get up on Mondays because my body isn’t ready for the tight schedule ahead. For example, right now I am sitting at my table but my mind is a little blank. I am trying my best to plan the work for this week while also thinking about the tasty barbecue we cooked on saturday. So, is relaxing really good for us on weekends? Maybe if I keep busy on the weekends, I might not have those symptoms on Mondays anymore. what should I do on weekends?

Like most of those around me, I feel a bit sad on Mondays but excited on Friday. Weekends work their magic on me with their gift of relaxation, family, picnics and parks. The magic works especially well on Saturday. Then, neither must I get up early for work nor need I worry about returning on time from a short trip. Tomorrow is another free day! But my Sunday mood is usually very different from Saturday's. Dirty laundry and naughty children send me the message that the happy time of the weekend is coming to a close soon, as I become busy for a few hours and anticipate another busy week. In fact, I have great difficulty waking up on Mondays. My body can't easily switch over to work mode from the past two days of comfort. I feel such difficulty even this very moment as I sit at my table with my mind in a blank. I'll try my best to plan my work for the week, despite lingering memories of Saturday's tasty barbecue. So, should we really relax on weekends? if I kept myself busy on weekends, I might not have such symptoms on Mondays. What do you think I should do on weekends?
