COVID-19 has changed our lives a lot. It seems that we are forced to be at home most of the time. We cannot go shopping easily like before. We are always afraid of something that could harm us. I hope we will be able to overcome it soon.

Hi, Your paragraph is very good. There are a couple of words here that are correct but are less commonly used in these contexts. "Frightened" is used more to describe something scary, like a frightening film or a phobia of spiders. "Conquer" usually refers more to military battle.
