Since the weather is not good this weekend, the best activity to do is spend time with my children indoors. Living in the moment and enjoying the time we have together.

The weather is not good today. Weekends, the best activity is keeping children company. Live in the moment and enjoy the time we have.
"Weekends" is the plural of "weekend". You can use the plural this way in place of "On weekends". I used the imperative "Live in the moment". It would also sound good to say "Let us live in the moment". You can also say "to keep" in place of "keeping", but both sound good and there is no real difference in this example.
