The shorter the sentence the better for effective communication.

Usually, on Saturday, I remain very busy in different stuff, and I try to complete all of the necessary tasks on that day, and then on Sunday, I try to relax and enjoy the day.

The grammar in the original is all correct, but some of the vocabulary sounds awkward or too formal. This is a more correct version: Usually, on Saturday, I am very busy with different things, and I try to do everything that's necessary on that day, and then on Sunday, I try to relax and enjoy the day.
