I get up every mornig at 6.30 a.m. Because of COVID I have to rush out of my home very early to go to work. My Office is 45 minutes and 44 km from my house. Every morning I have coffee and biscuits and yogurt and during my breakfast, I watch a Netflix series. Ally

You can also say "because of Covid I have to leave my home very early to go to work." You did great!

I get up every mornig at 6.30 a.m. because of COVID19 I have to leave early to go work. My office is 44 km from my house and it takes 45 minutes to reach. Every morning I take coffee with biscuits and yogurt, while having my breakfast, I watch a Netflix series called Ally McBeal.
