Good morning! When I was sleeping, I got a cramp in my leg. It hurt very badly. 😭 I was surprised because it was so sudden. I don’t want to have any more cramps. By the way, today is a rainy day.☔️ It's been like midsummer lately, so I thought the rainy season was over, but it seems it's still the rainy season. I miss winter because I don’t like hot days.🥵

Cramps are considered involuntary, that's why you GET or HAVE a cramp.
