I am puzzled by both sentences. Souvenirs don’t provide experiences. They are things you take home with you to help you remember.

Neither sentence makes sense. Our souvenirs capture/portray/are reminiscent of/will remind you of/ the essence ….

Hi Sabina, Both sentences are just fine, but the first one expresses better the helpful nature of the souvenirs as a way to enhance the experience of the North.
