Hi, I believe you describing Jack Ma's desire to float his company "Ant Group", a financial services company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Currently it is suspended from doing so by Chinese regulators while he provides them with more information. Cheers

Yes. He is an incredible man. He started with no technology or financial background and went on to become the richest man in China. An amazing achievement.
