Hello! Regarding Japanese, I have a question regarding the word "shin". I have seen that it has several meanings, but it caught my attention to see it in "Shin no kami" as "god of death", but if I look for the word "shin" by itself in a list of its meanings it does not appear as "death". ". In what cases does it have that meaning? Or is this an exception? And on the other hand, can it be used as a "heart"? (not literally, but as a feeling, something like "kokoro"). Hi😃 Probably, it's 死の神(し の かみ)or 死神(しにがみ).Shin no kami doesn’t mean god of death. The phonetic reading of the 心(kokoro) is shin. べんきょう、がんばって✨
