Duolingo does not have an English to Persian course. What is an alternative that is just as good for an English speaker who wants to learn Persian fluently?

Apps are overrated in terms of what they can do for you. A real speaking partner is much more effective. There are many on this site. Also, there are many great Persian movies. Check out "The Color of Paradise", "Children of Heaven", "A Moment of Innocence", and "A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night." Good luck!
