Wenn du viel Brot isst, --> here you have to place the verb "isst" at the end (before the coma) because it is a subordinate clause. You can see that it is a subordinate clause because you started with the word "wenn" (wenn = subordinate clause). The next part of the sentence is therefore your main clause. When the main clause is after the subordinate clause the conjugated verb goes in the first position, normally followed by the substantive. Because you have two verbs here (Modal verb "musst" and the verb "gehen") the verb that is not conjugated (gehen) will appear at the end of the sentence, creating the classic "parenthesis" structure of the german language. Parenthesis-structure is calles like that because the verbs enclose all the other information of the sentence. ( ..... .... ..... ..... ..... ..... .... ) ..., musst du jeden Tag in die Bäckerei gehen.
