As for me weekend is the only chance to take a rest and clear my mind. Nowdays , life become complicated we all have a lot of committment to respect in school university , work and even in home. Therefore , finding spare time for ourselves is really hard. I knew people who even work in the weekend ,and that 's totally inacceptable. We need to strike a balance between professional and personal life , Health is above all , weekend should be mainly allocated to having fun , taking some fresh air ,and seeing family.
