The French canadians, we are a minority, living mainly in Quebec. We speak Quebec French, ( le français québécois) which is a variant, many people are more interested in standard French, that of France, from which we deviate slightly, especially in spoken language.

Not a lot of resources focusing on teaching French Canadian because it’s not a different language. I would suggest focusing on standard French and supplementing that with tv and radio from Quebec to expose yourself to the Québécois accent. Lots of free content here: https://ici.radio-canada.ca/
