Yes it’s correct. If you “bounce ideas off someone” you tell them your ideas so as to get their opinion and suggestions (their input). If you “bounce ideas around”, you are bouncing ideas off other people. You don’t have to specify who they are.

It's like to bounce ideas off of each other. Like brainstorming. We bounced around ideas and solved the problem. We bounced ideas around a came up with a new product.
