My favorite hobby is being a business woman. This is grammatically correct. However, being a businesswoman sounds like it is your work. A hobby is something you do in your spare time for fun! If you have a small business you do apart from your main job it could be a hobby too. For example if you painted pictures or made cakes and sold them.
