Soy de Guatemala y las culturas Centro Americanas son muy parecidas, pero lo que hace diferente a cada país son sus vestimentas, unas son muy coloridas, las tradiciones aún se conservan, pese a que los conquistadores impusieron algunas, aún se conservan, lastimosamente estas han ido desapareciendo poco a poco, como por ejemplo las lenguas mayas.

Respondiendo a la pregunta, creo que los países vecinos Perú se parecen en algún punto, como Ecuador, Bolivia, Colombia como en algunas costumbres o precio de las cosas.
