In my opinion, the single best thing that a person can do to improve their health is exercising a lot regularly, because not only will that human being keep in better physical conditions, but he/she will also notice a great change in his/ her mind, specially when it comes to the way oneself see things in our daily life. These perpections can be as well positive as negative, and depending on how our own perspective of the world is, it will definitely have a huge impact on our mind.
