I’d like to ask your country’s business communication style. In Japan, generating customer’s preference or demand little by little is the basic style. For example, almost all the accounting software companies don’t reveal their price list and generally they customize their products by meeting and hearing customers. I think that no one can get necessary information on their websites. Is that usual in your country as well? Actually I irritate Japanese business style because that wastefully takes time. Even if I clearly speak my opinion, sales staffs never understand all and they ask the same things several times.

Actually, I am irritated by the Japanese business style because that wastefully takes time. Even if I clearly speak my opinion, the sales staff never understand everything and ask the same things several times.
