I try to sleep at same time each night because I think regular sleep has many benefits to our health. I sleep around 8 or 9 hours at night and also sometimes I take a nap during a day. Nap time is not consistent for me. But the duration is fix about half an hour. Espacilay summer time I take a nap because the day is long and hot, so I feel tired when I do not take a short nap. On the other, a long nap make me feel exhausted, thus, I keep it short. Regular sleep through out night and a short nap during a day can help us to feel energetic and focused.
