There are lots of pros and cons of shopping online.
Pros are convenient, not waste of time, no hassle and more.Cons are the receiving late than the expected delivery date and time, receiving wrong items, the expectations of the items, and more.
When describing pros/cons, it is clearest to the reader if you use either of the phrases "Pros/Cons include" or "The pros/cons are that..."
