My father was walking on a crosswalk. A taxi drove by ignoring the red light, the driver wanted to park on the crosswalk to pick up passengers. It almost hit my father. He was taken aback by it, and stopped the taxi. The driver said, "I do whatever I want." My father called the police assistant who was standing on the road but it didn't help, the driver cursed the assistant instead. The assistant couldn't do anything, maybe he was scared. Then my father had to call police, the police officer's attitude was very sincere, but he was too busy to come to the scene, so he asked my father to give him the taxi number. My father/dad took a picture of the plate and sent it to him. Then the police officer called him back and said, "I’ve been too busy, this area is too big, too many cases. We have recorded it and will definitely deal with it. Calm down." But this kind of things happen everyday.
