The literal translation in English is ‘Waters’. If you are in Mexico and you listen to someone to say you ‘Aguas’, it means you need to take careful for something. Ive heard quite a few Mexicans talk about aguas and it’s origin! I think it’s a cool phrase!

Hahaha I have been in Mexico before and I find that expression very funny, just like the guuy shouting in the street outside stores or restaurants "pásele, pásele"
