2 is natural and clear 1 is natural but less clear 3 & 4 are a bit unnatural

"Top right" would suggest the general quadrant of of the screen which is more general. "Top right corner" would suggest it's in the part of the screen with the right angle. Both are fine but one is obviously more specific.
