Yusuke,
That is a great question! Their meaning is similar - to bring many things together. It really depends on the context. A refugee can be integrated into a new community, that is become part of it. We can consolidate different work departments into a single one.
Perhaps you could write some of your own examples?

To consolidate means to strengthen or reinforce, to build upon something. but is more often used to refer to something abstract than physical (literal)
For example: Teachers need to plan activities for their students that help to consolidate (reinforce /strengthen) what they have already learnt.
To íntegrate means to make something whole or complete, to bring something that is only a separate part and make it complete.
The example somebody here gave of integrating a refugee into a community was an excellent example. 😀
When a person has integrity they have wholeness or are a complete person: their private lives match their public lives. ie: what they seem on the outside is the same as what they are really like on the inside.
Synonym: integrated
Antonym: disintregrated.
