I would like to admire a person who works in bank as a architect. Why I want is because he has all kind of technical knowledge with work related as well as bank related and in addition how to coordinate with team, providing team step by step work who will be doing what job. That also helps team members to get all surrounding knowledge and confidence.love the way he does.
